Jaclyn Costa

Real Estate is a career that chose her. Jaclyn grew up in a Real Estate family with a Real Estate Broker of Record for a mother and a Top Real Estate Sales Performer for a father (Tony Costa). This helped drive her determination to quickly escalate from Sales Representative to Broker of Record / Owner of Synergy Realty Ltd.
She has also attained a Bachelor of Arts Honours Specialization in Political Science Degree from the University of Western Ontario. Being on the honour list throughout her educational career has not only been a goal but one that was always reached with hard work and dedication. It is that determination that she brings to all of her clients no matter what the challenges are.

Tony Costa

Tony has over 25 years experience in the business and has sold hundreds of home across Strathroy and the rest of Middlesex County with repeat clients promoting his excellence in knowledge, service, and fiduciary duties.

Making sure that his clients are always #1 has created the repeat business that many people strive for. His goal is to always treat his clients with honesty and integrity, this has been a staple in his long career in Real Estate.

Nic Minten

Growing up on a farm outside of Watford, Ontario, I learned at an early age about how honest, hard work and perseverance will lead to success in life.  Throughout my early 20’s I worked in various construction related trades which grew my interest greatly into home structure and renovations. I have spent the last 9 years living in London and pursuing my love of sales and customer service. I’ve been successfully providing new building materials to the average home renovator and the professional contractor while managing a retail store for 3 years.

With my experience and knowledge in the housing and building industry, along with my strong work ethic and belief in the importance of being honest, competent and reliable, I look forward to serving the Strathroy, London, Watford and surrounding areas. Deborah Rankin

Deborah Rankin epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative services in every detail of your real estate transaction. Deborah grew up in Strathroy and continues to live there today with her family. She has been the owner of Signs and Designs for over 20 years gaining a wealth of marketing and sales experience.

Isabel Gomes

Having studied business at Fanshawe, interior design, becoming certified in Home Staging, and Registered as a Real Estate Sales Representative; Isabel has become a successful entrepreneur with years of experience and knowledge in Real Estate Investing, Residential Leasing, Property Management, Interior Design (specializing in Kitchen and Bath design and renovations), and Property Merchandising (Home Staging). Paul Khangura

Paul has held his Real Estate License since 1988. He has also had a long career in Information Technology and Education.

He recently moved to the countryside of Middlesex county, to live out his dream of being close to nature and green pastures. He started a large vegetable garden; planted an orchard and hundreds of trees around his new residence.

Paul is a people person – helping/making others happy makes him happy. Honesty, integrity, respect, dignity and compassion are the foundation of Paul’s core values. He is very experienced in the real estate sector especially with residential, vacant land, and income properties.

Along with English, Paul can also converse in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.

Paul also enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering/serving on different boards and committees providing strategic and ethical leadership for the betterment of society at large. Paul served 15 years on Sheridan College’s Board of Governors; 5 years on ACCC (Association of Canadian Committee Colleges), a national organization, representing the voice of 24 Ontario Colleges; and served a full term on The Property Standards Committee under the City Council for the City of Hamilton.

He is looking forward to serve on local boards and committees to make our community an exceptional place to live.

Stephanie Thompson

Stephanie has a passion for real estate and began her venture after investing in real estate herself. Through her experience in the exciting and challenging market, Stephanie understands her clients many emotions firsthand. Her own journey has propelled Stephanie to become a Real Estate Agent her clients can trust and depend on. Stephanie’s priority is helping her clients achieve their goals, with clear communication and advice to help them make informed decisions.

Growing up in London Ontario Stephanie knows many special nooks within the city and area. She has now moved to Southwest Middlesex with her family hoping to expand her expertise. Stephanie is personable, energetic and ready to help you move forward with your next chapter!

Mark Fonger

Mark has lived in and around the Strathroy area his whole life. He was raised just outside of Strathroy in rural Adelaide township, he bought his first house in Strathroy and now lives in the second house he built just outside of Mount Brydges. Mark is very familiar with the rural countryside and the towns that surround our area.

Mark has worn many hats over the years beginning on a potato farm as a kid to framing houses, insulating houses, working in a feed mill for a dozen years in Strathroy, helping out on relatives’ farms, and finally spending the last 18 years at General Motors. Mark has also continued his education throughout his life constantly upgrading, taking college courses and holding multiple licences and certificates.

In 2006 he bought his first investment property in London and continues to invest to this day. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him to the Synergy Team which will serve his clients well from first time home buyers to the agriculture community to seasoned real estate investors.
